EDGE Consulting
As an EDGE Expert I work alongside the project team to apply efficiency strategies for energy, water and materials, optimizing the design to reach —and exceed— the savings threshold EDGE requires.
The engagement covers project analysis, modeling on the EDGE platform, the definition of cost-effective measures and the documentation needed for both Preliminary and final Post-Construction certification.

EDGE Auditing
As an approved EDGE Auditor I carry out the independent verification that confirms a project meets the EDGE standard, both at the preliminary (design) stage and the final (post-construction) stage.
My accreditation enables shorter review times and, therefore, faster certification. I have audited residential, office, retail and government projects across Peru.

Life Safety & Protection
I advise on safety projects focused on protecting life, applying the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code together with Peru's National Building Code (RNE).
The goal is to resolve, from the design stage, the evacuation routes, compartmentation and safety conditions that make buildings safer for their occupants.

Sustainable Architectural Design
With a Master's in Environment and Bioclimatic Architecture, I approach architectural design by embedding, from the concept stage, the decisions on orientation, envelope, daylighting and natural ventilation that reduce energy and water consumption.
Designing sustainably from the outset avoids later cost overruns and lets a project reach EDGE certification naturally, without rework.
