Nelly Alexandra Cúneo Galdós

I am a chartered architect, a graduate of Universidad Ricardo Palma, with a Master’s in Environment and Bioclimatic Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

I was a Green Building Consultant for the International Finance Corporation (IFC), responsible for technical support and outreach on EDGE certification in Peru. I am an EDGE Expert and approved EDGE Auditor, which enables shorter review times and faster certification.

I have extensive experience advising on life-safety projects based on the NFPA 101 code and Peru’s National Building Code. I was previously accredited as LEED AP BD+C and was part of the LEED working group led by the Peru Green Building Council.
